This two bedrooms bungalow was the dream home of our Client. The lot area is 109.8 Sqm. while the floor area of the house is 48.8 Sqm. But even the lot area is limited we still able to provide her front space and parking space.
In order to compensate for the spaces, we provided 1 firewall at the rear side.
